It arrives.You touch no DNS.
One email address is the entire setup. You never open the registrar.
Why form mail stopped arriving
Gmail and Yahoo tightened bulk sender requirements in 2024: mail from a domain without SPF, DKIM and a DMARC record gets filed as spam or refused outright. The default mail() on shared hosting, and most quick SMTP setups, do not clear that bar.
On a contact form this failure is silent. The sender assumes the company ignored them; the company assumes business is slow. Nothing bounces into your view.
Check where you stand
Put a domain into the deliverability check and we resolve its SPF, DKIM and DMARC live and tell you whether mail from it reaches Gmail today. No account needed.
How nintact sends
Mail leaves over a sending domain that is already authenticated. There is no DNS work on your side. The From address is ours, but Reply-To is yours — so when the customer replies, it lands in your normal mailbox, not in a dashboard you have to remember to open.
- DNS changes
- None. Your registrar stays untouched
- Recipients
- Notify as many addresses as you want
- Replies
- Go straight to your own inbox
- Delivery log
- Delivered, bounced, complained — recorded
Route your existing email here too
Standard and up
We can issue an address that nintact receives. Forward the one printed on your site or business card to it, and email lands in the same list as form submissions — sorted and drafted the same way.
Send from your own domain
Business
The default shared sending domain means zero setup, which is the right trade at the start. As volume grows, sharing reputation with other senders starts to matter.
On Business you can send from your own domain: publish the records shown in the dashboard, press verify, and replies come from info@yourcompany.com. Until verification passes we keep sending over the shared domain, so nothing stops mid-migration.
Keeping junk out
A honeypot field, per-sender rate limits, and an allowlist of domains that may post. Scripted floods are dropped before they are stored. Link-stuffed promotion is separated as spam before it ever reaches the model.
Sending reputation is shared by everyone here. That is not a reason to cap how much you can receive: dropping a customer’s inquiry for billing reasons would break the one promise this product makes. There is no limit on submissions received, on any plan, free included.
What we watch is the rate. A workspace taking more than 300 submissions in an hour — or more than 30 an hour in its first 48 hours — is paused automatically for a person to look at. If that happens to you, mail support@nintact.com.
