Mail arrives
Sent over an already-authenticated domain. Nothing to add to your DNS: no SPF, no DKIM, no DMARC, no SMTP account. Reply-To is your own address, so answers land in your normal mailbox.
Replies are drafted
Every submission is sorted (quote, question, sales, spam), summarised in one line, and answered with a draft grounded in your FAQ. A human approves before anything sends.

Questions.
Do I have to change anything on my domain?
No. That is the whole point. Mail leaves over nintact's authenticated sending domain, and replies come back to the address you set. If you later want your own sending domain, that is available on the business plan.
Does the AI send on its own?
Never. It writes a draft. You read it on your phone, edit if you want, and press send. Unknown facts are left as [ ] rather than invented.
What happens when I hit the plan limit?
Forms keep working. Submissions are still received, stored and notified. Only the AI sorting and drafting pauses.
Is my customers' data used to train models?
No. Inquiries are not used to train external models. Approved replies only ever inform drafts inside your own workspace.
