Reply drafts no longer leave blanks
Drafts used to mark anything they could not decide — a price, a date — as [placeholder] for you to fill in. Send it as-is and the placeholder goes out. Now the draft asks the question instead: “could you suggest two or three dates that suit you?” It is ready to send.
Forms created through the API now confirm their notification addresses
Confirmation only ran when a form was saved from the dashboard. A form created through the API or MCP kept its notify addresses unconfirmed, so no notification was ever sent. Both create and update now send the confirmation mail. Until it is opened, submissions still arrive in the inbox and only the notification waits.

Settings now has AI & integrations
Issue an API key from the dashboard. The connect command comes back with the key already in it, so Claude Code or Cursor is one paste away. Keys can be revoked from the list, and issuing or revoking is recorded in the activity log.
Connect without pasting a key
npx nintact-mcp login signs you in with a 6-digit code by email. The key never appears in a command, so it stays out of your shell history and config files. Passing the key directly still works, and is what CI wants.
Check an install without creating a real inquiry
Add ?dry_run=1 to the endpoint. Everything is checked exactly as in a real submission — the form exists, it is active, the origin is allowed, the body parses — then nothing is stored and nobody is notified. Useful when you are installing on someone else’s site.
Rejections now say why
When a submission is blocked by origin, the response names the origin that actually arrived — so a preview deployment missing from the allow list is obvious without digging through logs. Every error that lacked a recovery step now has one.

Opening a saved form works again
Fixed the error on the form detail screen. Also fixed the badge that came out blank when an install was confirmed but the page it came from was not reported.
The preview shows the real width
The desktop preview was drawn narrow no matter the screen. The max width you set is now what you see, all the way to the 1200px limit.

Analytics
Views, submissions and the rate between them, per form. Plenty of views with few submissions means the form is what to fix; few views means it is where the form sits. Standard and up.
The form editor, rebuilt
Split into Install, Fields, Look, After sending and Settings, with one save per screen. Design changes show in the preview as you make them, and a separate window shows it at real width. Leaving with unsaved changes now asks first.

Labels and routing
Sort inquiries by your own words — Hiring, Press, whatever you use. Give a label a recipient and anything tagged with it also reaches that person.
Complaints, and what came of an inquiry
Complaint is now its own category and stands out in the list. Drafts for it are constrained: the model will not admit fault or offer compensation. You can also record won / lost on each inquiry in one click.
You can see whether a form is actually installed
A form you created and a form that is live on a site now look different in the list. Until it is installed, the inbox says so too.
The dashboard and emails can be in English
Switch it under Settings → Company. The screens, the notification emails and the AI's summaries follow your choice. Reply drafts still follow the language the inquiry came in.
Changing plans works
Upgrades apply immediately and the difference is invoiced; downgrades take effect at the end of the period, so a month you already paid for is not cut short. Cancellations run to the end of the period, and the date is shown.
We tell you when intake is paused
A workspace receiving an implausible burst is paused automatically. Until now nothing said so. The owner is emailed at the moment it happens.
Inquiries can go to Slack
Add a Slack webhook under Settings → Notifications and the summary and draft arrive there, with a button through to the approval screen. Sales and spam are not sent.

An English site, and paying in USD
The English pages are live. Signing up from them starts your billing in US dollars.
Notification emails are readable now
The summary, what came in and the draft all arrive in a form you can read. The notification on your phone is enough to know what happened.
