nintact started from a mismatch: people build sites with AI in an afternoon, while the contact form still needs SPF, DKIM, DMARC and an SMTP account before a single message arrives. None of that is the point of the work — but when it goes wrong, the inquiry is gone and nobody finds out.

So installation is one line, and nothing changes on your DNS. And we do not stop at delivery: what arrives is sorted, summarised and answered with a draft. A person still presses send. The AI never does.
